商务咨询部（Business Advisory Services Department）
Shanghai Commerce Administrative Affairs Center, directly subordinate to Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, is mainly responsible for processing the applications for administrative licenses for commercial activities in Shanghai and the day-to-day management of the business hall. The Business Advisory Services Department of the center has a powerful team of experienced professionals who are familiar with laws and regulations concerning review and approval of applications for administrative licenses and maintain extensive contacts with governmental agencies at all levels. Over the years, we have been assisting various international and domestic firms in developing their business in China, fulfilling our commitments to them.
Scope of services: business consultancy and agency
Business consultancy: Consultancy in investment environment, laws and regulations concerning investment, project planning, permanent advisor and agent service
Business agency: Establishment, amendment and deregistration of foreign-funded firms, domestic firms and permanent representative office;
Applying for entry visa and residence permit on behalf of foreign businessmen
Handling registration and filing of technology import/export contract, service outsourcing contract on behalf of our clients, and providing related services
Consultancy and agent service in connection with intellectual property (copyright, trade mark, issues with technology market office, etc.)
